Osaka Castle Spring Festival 2026
【大阪城春まつり2026】
This spring, for 38 days in the Honmaru South – Ninomaru East Obanshu Koya Ruins area, visitors will be welcomed with a special hospitality program featuring food, music, cherry blossoms, and Japanese culture.
Food trucks will be available every day, offering a variety of food and drinks.
Tables, chairs, and tents will also be set up so that anyone visiting the Honmaru area or Osaka Castle Tower can freely use the space. The area will serve as a temporary rest spot to improve visitor convenience.
Along the inner moat, rows of cherry blossom trees create a beautiful scene where visitors can enjoy views of the stone walls and the castle scenery near Sakura-mon Gate through the blossoms.
Part of the exhibition panels related to “The History of Osaka Castle and Its Stone Walls”, currently displayed inside the Osaka Castle Tower, will also be presented at the venue.
These displays are designed to help visitors enjoy and discover both the scenery and the history of Osaka Castle, even during a limited stay.
On April 1, to celebrate the first anniversary of the Osaka Castle Toyotomi Stone Wall Museum, a professional Japanese traditional instrument group will perform a special commemorative concert together with visitors.
In addition, several free cultural experiences will be offered, including a calligraphy (shodo) experience related to Toyotomi Hideyoshi and an Osaka Castle sand-pit soba noodle making experience.
A local taiko drum group from Higashinari Ward will also perform.
Through these cultural activities, we hope to provide visitors to Osaka Castle Park with memorable experiences of Japanese culture.
今春、本丸の南 二の丸・東大番衆小屋跡エリアで38日間、来園者へ「食」「音楽」「桜」「日本文化」の
おもてなしを行います。エリアには、毎日キッチンカーが、フード・ドリンクのサービスを行います。
本丸エリアや天守閣を訪れる来園者をはじめ誰でも利用できるテーブルや椅子、テントをご用意。
来園者の利便性を高め、臨時の休憩所として提供します。
内濠沿いには、桜が立ち並び桜越しに眺める内濠の石垣や桜門からの美しい城郭の景観を楽しんでいただきます。
今回も天守閣に展示されている「大阪城の歴史・石垣」に関すわる解説パネルの一部を会場に展示します。
限られた滞在時間を景色と歴史の両面から気づき、楽しんでいただけるよう工夫します。
4月1日には、大阪城豊臣石垣館１周年を記念して、プロの和楽器グループが記念の演奏を披露し、
来園者と共に音楽でお祝いします。
ほかにも秀吉にまつわる「書道（習字）体験」や「大坂城 砂場 そば打ち体験」などのイベントを無料で実施します。
地元、東成区の和太鼓サークルが演奏を披露。日本文化を通じて大阪城公園訪問のよき思い出を提供します。

A food truck will be serving food to guests in the Ninomaru and Higashiobanshu hut ruins area near the main castle.
本丸に近い二の丸・東大番衆小屋跡エリアで、キッチンカーによる「食」のおもてなしを行います。

A jazz brass band performance, inspired by the orchestral performance held as a celebration during the reconstruction in 1931.
ジャズのブラスバンドによる演奏。昭和６年復興時の記録に残る、お祝いとして行われた管弦楽隊の演奏にちなんで行います。

姉妹城 40周年和歌山産フードフェア
A food truck will prepare a special menu using ingredients such as Kishu plums, Arita mandarins, Kishu Waka beef, and Kishu seafood from Wakayama, creating a friendly atmosphere through food.
キッチンカーが和歌山産の紀州梅、有田みかん、紀州和華牛、紀州産魚介などの食材を使った特別メニューを加えてご用意し、食を通じて友好ムードを高めます。

Try copying Hideyoshi Toyotomi’s signature and handwriting, which remain in ancient documents, in calligraphy using the examples as examples.
古文書に残る豊臣秀吉直筆のサインや筆跡を手本をもとに習字で写してみましょう。

Fallen leaf art experience(free)
落ち葉アート体験（無料）
This workshop involves creating artwork using colorful fallen leaves collected from within Osaka Castle Park and freely arranging them on construction paper.
大阪城公園内で集めた色とりどりの落ち葉を使い、画用紙の上に自由に並べてアート作品を作るワークショップです。
